At Australian Garlic Production (AGP), we grow, pack and deliver some of Australia's freshest garlic. Straight from the paddocks to plates right across the country. Our Iraak site is the heart of the operation, and we're looking for a hands-on Stock Controller to help keep things humming.

About the role

Reporting to our Stock and Logistics Manager, you'll take ownership of raw materials stock, supplier documentation and the related admin that keeps our stock running smoothly. You'll also be behind the wheel of the forklift – loading and unloading trucks, moving stock around the yard, and making sure product flows in and out safely.

You'll be the go-to person for procuring packaging, ingredients and consumables, working closely with production, logistics and our wider planning team. It's a varied, practical role with real impact – no two days look quite the same.

What you'll be doing

• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using a forklift
• Placing orders for packaging, ingredients and consumables
• Processing receivals and returns of raw materials
• Running regular stocktakes and submitting monthly counts on time
• Managing CHEP, VPS and third-party bin hire accounts
• Keeping approved supplier documentation up to date
• Maintaining our Bill of Materials
• Supporting IT setup and troubleshooting, including at remote sites
• Backing up the Batch Control team during busy periods (including at farm sites)
• Helping our Sales & Logistics team with despatch
• Pitching in on other reasonable duties as they pop up

What you'll bring

• A current forklift licence with solid experience – comfortable loading and unloading trucks
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Confidence with data entry and administrative tasks
• Good time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (an advantage, not essential)
