Recruitment & Workforce Administrator

We’re looking for a Recruitment & Workforce Administrator who enjoys keeping people, processes, and production moving in sync. If you’re the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a clean roster, a full labour pool, and a great first day for new starters, you’ll fit right in.

The role

This role sits at the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding workers, maintaining a labour pool, and coordinating rosters especially during busy periods when things move fast, and plans change.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager, Production Managers, and Hiring Managers to make sure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. There will be admin (yes), systems (of course), and the occasional last-minute roster change but you’ll be supported by a team that values clarity, teamwork, and getting things done properly.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, HR administration, or rostering ideally in a manufacturing, agriculture, or high-volume environment. You’re organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable using HR and rostering systems. You communicate clearly, follow through on details, and understand that a smooth first day sets the tone for everything that follows.
