Business Analytics and IT Support
A practical role at the intersection of people, systems, and problem-solving.
This position supports day-to-day business operations and on-site technology needs across AGP. It suits someone with hands-on experience in business systems or IT support, or someone with strong potential who enjoys learning, helping others, and making systems work better.
AGP partners with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for all formal IT services. This role focuses on first-line support, coordination, and ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently, rather than advanced technical work.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Reporting
You’ll support accurate, useful information across the business by:
- Assisting with data entry, validation, and basic analysis
- Preparing routine reports and dashboards
- Supporting identification of trends and insights
- Helping maintain data documentation and integrity
IT & Systems Support (On-Site)
You’ll act as a reliable first point of contact for everyday system needs:
- Coordinating with the MSP to ensure timely ticket resolution
- Assisting with basic to intermediate troubleshooting
- Logging, escalating, and tracking IT issues
- Maintaining IT stock, equipment, and consumables
- Helping document internal processes and user guides
IT & Systems Support
(On-Farm)
This role requires the ability and willingness to travel to AGP farm sites
to:
- Set up and test IT systems prior to harvest
- Provide on-site and remote support for IT systems, software, and devices
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of operational IT issues during peak periods
Occasional overnight travel will be required to support farm operations.
Administration & People Support
